I found Martin when looking for a trainer to do my part 3. Martin's approach to our training sessions was constructive and informative and I always finished a training session feeling like I had progressed and knew exactly what was expected from me for the next training session to allow me to prepare. Training was fun and Martin made the learning environment relaxed and enjoyable. I particularly found one of Martin's 'characters' in role play particularly challenging and that really helped me develop as an instructor and took me out of my comfort zone. Test day arrived and Martin's support and encouragement was faultless, he put me at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to get me through! I passed my part 3 on my first attempt. Martin was my first choice for my driving instructor, his outstanding testimonials and experience grabbed my attention straight away. He not only teaches you the skills to a high standard he ensures that you understand what your doing, he ALSO understands YOU and how you THINK and FEEL, therefore giving you the best education, treating you as an individual, he is thorough with his work giving his free time outside your lesson and is very passionate about his job. Thanks to Martin I have reached my pass target, he’s helped me to pass my theory and practical first time, I had started my lessons from January and passed in August without any further training outside my lessons, now I am able to drive when at University.

Before I started learning with Martin, I was with another instructor who didn’t really teach me a lot, therefore it caused a big confidence hit, so much so that every time I had a lesson I was dreading going. I quit lessons for 6 months and then I heard about Martin and thought I would give driving another go. Martin was very understanding, and started to see what I had remembered from before. He worked on the faults and also the new things I had to learn. My confidence started to grow as every lesson Martin made me feel relaxed. Martin gave me that extra boost and help that I needed to pass first time. He is a really great instructor and I would recommend him to everyone, as he is great at what he does and it’s always fun and a good laugh.

Martin has been my driving instructor for the part 2 driver training since July 2010 to Dec 2010. During this training period he demonstrated a top class of instructional ability and delivered with an enthusiastic manner. His kind attitude and positive approach made me so impressed, which encouraged my learning. In general I found the training was effective and positive. I always respected and valued his suggestions,guidance and advice. Martin's communication skills are very good and due to my limited english he used simple language which made it easy for me to understand.He is an effective tutor, has lots of experience on driving training and has rich knowledge of rules, regulation and highway code. I recommend him as a top class instructor.

I was put in contact with Martin in August 2010, as I required extra training for my part 3 ADI course. I was currently receiving training through a college organisation, but felt I was not getting the quality nor quantity of training required to pass. Being put in touch with Martin was a godsend. I had approximately 2 months one to one training, 1.5 hours per week, and as the training Martin was giving was first class, I did not return to my college. He not only gave me confidence, but he pushed me to be able to acheive a grade 5/4 on my first attempt which I took in October 2010. I was over the moon! I cannot thank Martin enough.
